Refunds are only offered if an item is missing, incorrect or damaged. If that is the case, please contact me as soon as possible so I can either ship you a replacement item or issue you a full refund. If the item is incorrect or damaged, a picture in good lighting is required as proof.
Replacements and refunds are offered within 30 days of the date your order is delivered to your door.
